Samvad Sutra, Phulwari Sharif. A young man was punished for loving his friend's sister. The friend strangled his friend to death. After committing the crime on the last night of the year, the friend hid the material and other items used in the murder nearby. Due to which the police later recovered the murder at the behest of a friend.
Angered by his love affair with his sister, the accused committed the crime while she was sleeping. However, after this incident the girl has gone missing. After the murder, an attempt was made to make the incident look like suicide but everything was revealed in the police investigation.
murder by strangulation with a towel
A sensational murder incident has come to light in the midnight of 31st December and 1st January in Kurkuri village under Phulwari Sharif police station area. 16 year old youth Golu Manjhi was strangled to death with a towel. The deceased has been identified as Golu Manjhi, son of Awadhesh Manjhi.
Golu Manjhi used to work in the cot of Shatrughan Rai and the accused used to live and sleep there with his friend. In the morning, when people saw his dead body in the cot, they informed the police that Golu had committed suicide. Police reached the spot and when they saw the body, they realized that it was not suicide but murder by strangulation.

The police searched for his friend who lived with him and caught him and interrogated him. During interrogation, the accused told that Golu was in love with his sister. Which he opposed but Golu and sister did not break the relationship. The accused was repeatedly pressurizing Golu to break the relationship. Both of them worked at the same place and slept together. Last night the accused decided that he would remove Golu from the way. Therefore, he murdered the deceased by strangulating her with Golu Gamchha while she was asleep at night and threw the deceased's mobile and clothes in a water tank.
On the behest of accused Chhotan, the police recovered the belongings of the deceased from the water tank. He told the police that he had repeatedly warned Golu to stay away from his sister but he was not agreeing to it. Due to this, he got angry and committed the crime.

SDOP-1 Sushil Kumar said that the police took immediate action and arrested the accused Anish Kumar alias Chhotan from the spot. During interrogation, the accused confessed to the murder.
Police station incharge Ghulam Shahbaz Alam said that on the behest of the accused, the police recovered the mobile phone of the deceased and his clothes from the water tank.
Police station chief Mohammad Ghulam Shahbaz Alam said that witnesses have been collected by calling the FSL team and further legal action is being taken in the case on the basis of all the evidence.
