Jagran correspondent, Fatehpur. The much talked about case of temple-mausoleum case was to be heard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division on Monday, but the court did not sit due to condolence. The next date of hearing in this case has been fixed for January 17.
The decision to hear the original case along with the fine was given by the Civil Judge Senior Division, against which the tomb party went on appeal in the court of the District Judge. This appeal will be heard on Tuesday.
Let us tell you that in the year 2010, the Civil Judge Senior Division, while giving the verdict of the title suit, had rejected the land in the name of Ramnaresh Singh of Asothar and ordered to register the name of Maqbara Mangi on the land.
Ram Naresh Singh had filed restitution against this case in 2011, but it was rejected. After the restoration was rejected, the plaintiff filed an appeal in the ADJ court in 2014, which was accepted.
The letter was sent to the Civil Judge Senior Division to hear the case. After the uproar at the disputed site on August 11, the litigation intensified. In the hearing of the appeal, a new Mutawalli was made a party in place of the deceased Mutawalli Anish.
After being made a party, on behalf of the plaintiff, advocates Ramji Sahay and Ramsharan Singh presented the arguments for hearing the original restoration case and the court, accepting the arguments, decided to hear the original case.
However, on behalf of the opposition, advocates Anil Srivastava and Firoz Khan are denying the re-hearing of the original case in the court and have appealed against the decision in the DJ court. Its hearing is to be held on Tuesday.
