Amrit Bharat will pass through Buxar.
Jagran correspondent, Buxar. The availability of trains from the district to Delhi is as good as it was for Mumbai till a few years ago.
However, now the availability of trains to Mumbai is gradually increasing. Railways has decided to run Amrit Bharat Express train as a weekly service from Alipurduar to Mumbai.
This train will run via Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri, Kishanganj, Katihar, Khagaria, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Buxar, DDU, Mirzapur, Chhivki, Satna and Itarsi.
Buxar passengers will get this train to go to Mumbai around 10.30 pm, while to Siliguri, they will get this train around 4.30 pm. The date of operation of the train and the complete timetable are yet to be released.
Railways has approved Panvel-Alipurduar Amrit Bharat. Its order was issued only on January 8. This weekly train will connect Maharashtra with North-East and West Bengal.
Train No. 11031 Panvel-Alipurduar Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Panvel every Monday, while 11032 Alipurduar-Panvel Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Alipurduar every Thursday.
This new train is a big gift for Eastern India, especially Bihar. It will reach Mumbai via Patliputra, Danapur, Arrah and Buxar. There will be 22 coaches in it.
