BSP supremo Mayawati had handed over the responsibility of state in-charge to Chaudhary Sheeshpal Singh a few months ago.

Jagran Correspondent, Haridwar: Now the state in-charge of Bahujan Samaj Party, Chaudhary Sheeshpal Singh, has been blamed. He has been expelled from the party on charges of indiscipline. State President Amarjeet Singh has taken this action.

Dehradun resident Chaudhary Sheeshpal Singh has been BSP state president twice. He had contested the Lok Sabha elections from Tehri seat. Apart from this, he has also tried his luck in the assembly elections from Jwalapur seat. A few months before the departure of BSP supremo Mayawati, he was given the responsibility of state in-charge.

On Sunday, a letter was issued by State President Amarjeet Singh regarding the expulsion of Chaudhary Sheeshpal Singh. In which it was alleged that party discipline is being continuously broken by Chaudhary Sheeshpal Singh. When indiscipline did not stop even after explanation, he was expelled from BSP with immediate effect.

There was a stir among BSP leaders regarding this action. It is reported that Chaudhary Sheeshpal Singh had mentioned his resignation while writing a post on Facebook. The party high command is unhappy with this. He believed that a senior leader like Chaudhary Sheeshpal should have expressed his views on the party platform instead of internet media.
