Breaking the tradition, a young man has opened the closed door of the temple. This act has broken the age-old religious tradition of the temple. When the young man was stopped from doing so, he beat up the temple watchman. After the incident, the temple committee has registered a case against the youth in the police station.

According to the temple committee, the doors of Shri Mahadev Temple remain closed for about three months every year. During this period no person is allowed to enter inside the portal. This tradition is linked to religious beliefs and has been followed strictly for years. Despite this, the young man, ignoring the rules, forcibly opened the doors and entered inside.

It is being told that when the watchman tried to stop the young man, he pushed and beat the watchman. This created an atmosphere of chaos in the temple premises for some time. As soon as information about the incident was received, temple committee members reached the spot and handled the situation.

The committee says that such incidents hurt the dignity of religious places and such actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances in future. Regarding the matter, Temple Committee Treasurer Fateh Chand Rana said that the complaint of the youth has been given to Kullu police station. He has demanded that strict action should be taken in this matter, so that in future no person can play with religious traditions.
