There was a stir in Ben Bazaar as soon as the police team and company chief investigator conducted the raid. On the statement of the company's chief investigator Ranjit Kumar Singh, an FIR was lodged in Ben police station. Principal investigator Ranjit Kumar Singh said that refined oil was being sold in fake packaging.
He said that during the raid, 240 liters of refined oil and 296 pieces of Bajaj Almond Oil of 100 ml, 20 liters of chemicals of the same oil company and a large quantity of Fortune, Gagan Active Soybean Refined and wrappers of Bajaj Almond Oil Company and 119 tins of 15 kg, 602 pieces of empty cans of Bajaj Almond Oil were recovered.
He told that he has been taken into custody in the house where it was being prepared. Meanwhile, landlord Lakhan Prasad says that we had given the room on rent to a man four months ago. I do not recognize that man nor does he have any ID.
Lead investigator Ranjit Kumar Singh has filed an FIR against landlord Lakhan Prasad.
