Dialogue thread, Mahuli. The administration has adopted a strict stance on the complaint of blocking the road by illegally occupying government land. On the instructions of Sub-Collector Dhanghata Dr. Sunil Kumar, a nine-member team of police and revenue department reached the spot and did the measurement. During investigation, illegal encroachment was found on the road leading to Chaknali, on which the encroachers were directed to vacate the land immediately. Also warned that if the encroachment is not removed in time, bulldozer action will be taken.

Village Panchayat Mahuli resident Shanti Devi, wife Rajendra, Bhola, Manoj Sonkar, Rajpati, Mukesh, Nandlal, Vishal, Shakuntala and other villagers had lodged a complaint on the Chief Minister portal. It was told in the complaint that some people have illegally encroached upon the public road leading from Chakanali land of Gram Sabha by erecting a wall, due to which the movement of about two and a half dozen villagers has been completely disrupted.

Taking cognizance of the complaint on the instructions of the Chief Minister's Office, SDM Dhanghata formed a joint team of police and revenue department and got the measurement done on the spot. If illegal occupation was found during measurement, the occupants were instructed to vacate the road within the prescribed time limit. Revenue Inspector Anil Kumar Sharma said that if illegal encroachment is not removed within the stipulated time limit, then necessary legal action will be taken against the concerned.

During the measurement, Revenue Inspector Anil Kumar Sharma, Sub Inspector Somnath Mishra, Accountant Abhishek Yadav, Rakesh Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Jagpal, Constable Sunil Singh, Sangathan Singh, Arvind Yadav along with villagers Shanti Devi, Rajendra, Bhola, Manoj Sonkar, Nandlal, Mukesh etc. were present.
