In UP, A Speeding Car Crushed A Young Man Grazing Buffalo, His Head Was Severed; Car Blown Up

Jagran Team, Lucknow. On Monday evening, on the service lane of Outer Ring Road located in Dubagga area, a minor ran over a young man grazing buffalo with his car at high speed. The accident was so severe that the young man's head got separated from his body, due to which he died on the spot.

Three buffaloes also died in the accident, while the two minors traveling in the car are undergoing treatment in a private hospital. After the incident, angry family members and villagers placed the dead body and blocked the Outer Ring Road, due to which traffic was affected for several kilometers. After the two-hour long demonstration, everyone agreed to the assurance of action.

Ramanand Yadav alias Golu, 20-year-old son of laborer Lallan Yadav, resident of Baniya Kheda village, was a student of Intermediate. On Monday evening, he was grazing buffalo on the side of the service lane of Outer Ring Road near Bania Kheda village turn. Meanwhile, the high speed Swift car coming on the Outer Ring Road from Hardoi Road suddenly went out of control and moved ahead, crushing Ramanand.

The intensity of the collision can be gauged from the fact that one wheel of the car came off and the vehicle stopped about 100 meters away. Both the minors driving the car were also injured in the accident. Passers-by and nearby people showed promptness and admitted both the injured to a nearby private hospital and informed the police and family members.

As soon as the information was received, the family members and villagers who reached the spot became angry over the incident. They started protesting by placing the dead body on the Outer Ring Road. Angered by the incident, the villagers attacked the hospital with sticks and vandalized it, demanding action against the injured driver and his companion admitted in the hospital.

Dubagga and Kakori police reached the spot somehow handled the situation and tried to pacify the people. The police controlled the situation by showing strictness and pacified the villagers by assuring them of appropriate action and compensation, but despite this the jam continued by keeping the dead body.

Local people said that the speed of the car was more than 100. It is also being told that he was driving while talking on mobile phone. People were horrified to see the damaged condition of the car after the accident. The family of the deceased consists of father Lallan Yadav, mother Sunita Yadav, a younger brother Chhotu and three sisters.
