In this case, it is being said that in the presence of Pandit Anusuya Prasad Joshi, on the banks of river Alaknanda near Raghunath temple, he got bathed, shaved, applied tilak after Havan Yagya and formally adopted Hindu religion.
Maqbool was present with his relatives
Maqbool Ahmed was present with his relatives. Vishwa Hindu Parishad worker Tej Singh Nayal in Gauchar said that Maqbool Ahmed will now be known as Kamal.
