JNN, Bengaluru. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's bulldozer often wreaks havoc on encroachment. For this the opposition parties keep targeting him. Now the Congress led Karnataka government has also taken bulldozer action. On this, Kerala Chief Minister P. Vijayan had said that the Karnataka government is using the bulldozer model on the lines of Uttar Pradesh to evict Muslims in Bengaluru.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Saturday urged the Kerala Chief Minister not to interfere in the affairs of his state. In fact, the Karnataka government has come under criticism after demolishing more than 200 houses in Bengaluru. The demolition, which took place at 4 am on December 22 in Fakir Colony and Wasim Layout of Kogilu village, left 400 people, mostly people of the Muslim community, homeless.

Four JCB machines and more than 150 policemen were involved in this operation run by Bengaluru Solid Waste Management Limited. The statement of the Chief Minister of Kerala regarding this action was revealed. To this, the Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka said on Saturday, "This is all a political statement. Vijayan should not interfere in the affairs of our state without knowing the facts."

He said, "Some people had encroached. This is a garbage dumping site. It was earlier a stone quarry. It is a very dangerous place. There are many health hazards here. The slum dwellers tried to occupy it illegally which is a case of land grabbing."
