A fine of Rs 53 thousand has also been imposed. Order has been given to pay 90 percent of the fine amount to the victim.

A woman had lodged a report in Panki police station against Ramnaresh Pasi, a native of village Kohro police station, Musanagar, Kanpur Dehat and temporarily living in Ispat Nagar Industrial Area of ​​the city. It was said in it that she has been living with her husband and daughter in a room built in a factory for the last one year.

Ram Naresh lives in the room next to him. On the night of August 2, 2021, the six-year-old daughter went to the toilet outside the room. Then Ram Naresh raped the girl.

When she went to complain, he was beaten up. Special Public Prosecutor Chandrakant Sharma and Assistant District Government Advocate Omendra Kumar said that seven witnesses were presented on behalf of the prosecution. The court found the accused guilty and sentenced him.
