Jagran correspondent, Kanpur. The court of Special Judge POCSO Act and Additional District Judge 22 Raghubar Singh has sentenced a man found guilty of raping a six-year-old girl to life imprisonment. A fine of Rs 53 thousand has also been imposed. Order has been given to pay 90 percent of the fine amount to the victim.
A woman had lodged a report in Panki police station against Ramnaresh Pasi, a native of village Kohro police station, Musanagar, Kanpur Dehat and temporarily living in Ispat Nagar Industrial Area of the city. It was said in it that she has been living with her husband and daughter in a room built in a factory for the last one year.
