Jagran correspondent, Manesar. A fire broke out in the company built in plot 261 located in Sector 7 of IMT Manesar late on Sunday night. As soon as information about the fire was received, Manesar fire department teams reached the spot. Speculum Plast Private Limited Company has a plant in plot 261 of Sector 7.
The plant makes plastic parts for Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The cause of the fire has not been known yet. It is suspected that the fire broke out due to short circuit. Due to the fire, plastic goods kept on the second floor of the plant got burnt. Along with this, there has been a lot of damage to the machines.
Two vehicles of Manesar fire station reached the spot to extinguish the fire. After this, vehicles were called from other centers also. The fire had not been controlled till the time of writing the news. Manesar fire station in-charge FSO Lalit Verma said that two vehicles were sent to the spot as soon as the information was received. Vehicles have also been called from other centres.
