How powerful will the engine be?
The manufacturer has not yet given any information regarding the engine of this SUV but it is believed that it can be brought with petrol and diesel engines. It will get power of 184 kW and torque of 410 Newton meters from the petrol engine. Apart from this, the SUV will get 160 kW power and 500 Newton meter torque from the turbo diesel engine. Along with both the engines, 4X4 facility will also be provided in the SUV. Its top speed with petrol engine can be up to 190 and with diesel engine variant the top speed can be up to 175 KMPH. In this, 8 speed automatic transmission can be given by the company.
Many great features can be offered by MG Motors in Majestor. It can offer many features like LED headlights, LED DRL, large grille at the front, 20 inch alloy wheels, dual tone exterior, 12.3 inch infotainment system, dual tone interior, Type C USB charging port, push button start/stop, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging port, multiple modes for driving. Along with this, for safety, it can be provided with features like six airbags, ABS, EBD, Hill Assist, BSD, LCA, RCTA, DOW, Self-Adaptive Cruising and ADAS.

This SUV has been formally introduced by JSW MG in the Indian market during the Auto Expo 2025 held between 17 to 22 January 2025.
Currently, this SUV has been introduced by MG only in India. But the correct price information will be available only at the time of launch. The expected ex-showroom price of JSW MG Majestor could be between Rs 40 to 50 lakh.
Majestor will be launched by JSW MG in the D+ SUV segment. It is expected that this SUV can be formally launched in India around June-July 2025. After which it will have direct competition with SUVs like Toyota Fortuner Legender.
