The 679 meter tall Merdeka 118 is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is the second tallest building in the world. Its construction began in 2014 and was completed in November 2023. The building was inaugurated by the King of Malaysia on 10 January 2024. It cost 500 crore Malaysian Ringgit to build it, which is equal to Rs 11601 crore in Indian currency today.
