Multi Model Logistics Park and Fintech City will gain momentum

Jagran correspondent, Patna. Bihar government is going to take another big step towards making the state industrially and economically strong. The plan to establish Multi Model Logistics Park and Fintech City near Fatuha has been given priority in the Bihar budget. This ambitious project is expected to get new momentum by making necessary provisions in the budget.

There is a plan to build a logistics park on 105.20 acres in Jaitiya village of Fatuha. The process of land acquisition for this has started. The objective of the Multi Modal Logistics Park is to make the movement of goods easy and economical by integrating road, rail and water transport. The geographical position of Fatuha area is considered very favorable for this project, as it is close to Patna as well as connected to the National Highway, Rail Network and River Ganga.

This will reduce the cost of transportation of goods within and outside the state and save time. Fintech city will be built on 242 acres. The proposed Fintech City will usher Bihar into a new era of digital and technological development. Companies related to financial technology, startups, data centers, IT services and innovation hubs will be developed here.

A competitive ecosystem will be created by setting up financial services, innovation-based enterprises, advanced technology and export-oriented industries in one complex. With this, national and international level companies will set up their offices here and with the development of industries, the youth will get new employment opportunities. Work on this scheme is also going on at a fast pace. This will not only improve the investment environment in Bihar, but will also create new employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for the youth.

With the establishment of these two projects, there is a possibility of employment generation, promotion of industries, investment attraction and strengthening of the economy of the state. Local farmers, traders and small scale industries will get facility in storage, processing and marketing of their products. Besides, digital payments, banking services and financial inclusion will also be promoted through Fintech City.

New direction for development of Patna and surrounding areas

Many important announcements have been made in the budget regarding the overall development of the capital Patna and surrounding areas. These plans related to education, environment, infrastructure, security and economic development are expected to give new momentum to the capital region.

It has been announced in the budget to develop Patna University as a model university. Under this, educational infrastructure will be strengthened, modern research facilities will be developed and quality higher education will be promoted. This will further strengthen the academic reputation of Patna University at the national level.

In view of the increasing pollution in the capital, parks located in the forest division will be developed to improve the air quality of Patna. Increasing green area will improve the environmental balance and common people will get a clean environment.

In order to strengthen air connectivity, provision has been made for construction of civil enclave at Bihta Airport at a cost of Rs 10.67 crore. With its construction, passengers will get better facilities and the role of Bihta as an alternative airport to Patna will be strengthened.

To further strengthen the security system, construction of Emergency Response Support System Building, Senior Superintendent of Police Office, Cyber ​​Crime Unit and Special Branch buildings, as well as IPS Mess has also been announced. This will improve law and order, emergency services and cyber crime control.
