Noida Sector 15 facing severe water crisis.

Jagran correspondent, Noida. Water supply was completely disrupted in Noida Sector-15 since Tuesday morning, due to which the local people were forced to face a lot of trouble. According to the information, in the morning there was a fault in the cable connected to the water supply, due to which the motor could not run and the water supply in the entire sector was stopped. Since morning, people kept wandering here and there for water. Due to water crisis, the elderly, children and working people suffered the most. Many families had to buy bottled water from the market for drinking water, while household work was also affected. People say that this type of problem has come up in the sector many times before, but no permanent solution was given. According to local residents, the cable fault was rectified late in the night, after which water supply could be started. However, by then people had already endured the whole day's trouble. The society residents have demanded from the Noida Authority that to avoid such situations in future, a permanent arrangement for generators should be made, so that the water supply is not interrupted even in case of electricity or cable fault. People say that such negligence in basic facilities will no longer be tolerated.
