Muzaffarpur ready to welcome New Year

Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. The city is ready to welcome the New Year and the residents are ready to enjoy the fun. With the union of Wednesday and Thursday, as soon as the bell rings at 12 o'clock in the night, the city will be immersed in excitement, waves and enthusiasm. On the swings installed in the park, children can have a lot of entertainment. The Municipal Corporation has made preparations for this. The park is being decorated with balloons and colorful lights. Vaishali Garh and Pusa Garden are major centers

At the same time, all other open grounds including LS College Ground, RDS College Ground, Sikandarpur Stadium, Khudiram Bose Ground, District School Ground will become picnic spots. Some people have prepared to have a picnic by decorating the terrace of their house away from the crowd.

All the big and small hotels and restaurants of the city have also been decorated to welcome the New Year. Dance and music programs will be organized in a dozen big hotels of the city from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning.

Most of the hotels in the city have made preparations to welcome the visitors on the first day of the New Year. Preparations are underway to serve a special dish. Some hotels have prepared to offer special packages for those coming on the first day of the year.

Chaat-Pakori, Momo-Manchurian and Golgappa will also be available.

To welcome the New Year, not only parks and hotels are also being prepared by the street vendors. Raju Mahato, who sells chaat outside Jubba Sahni Park, said that he has painted the cart for the first of January. Preparations have been made to make people's favorite chaat. Golgappa shopkeeper Raju said that he will serve Golgappa with four flavors on January 1st. At the same time, swings have been installed outside the park in the city near Pani Tanki Chowk and Devi Temple where children will enjoy it.
