Jagran correspondent, Dhanbad. District Program Unit personnel working under the National Health Mission cannot be transferred at the district level. If such transfer is taking place then it is against the rules. In this regard, on Monday, National Health Mission Director Shashi Prakash Jha has issued instructions to the civil surgeons of all the districts of Dhanbad Committee.
He said that efforts are being seen that Civil Surgeons are deputing personnel like District Program Manager and Block Program Manager from their place of posting to another place. This order is against the rules of the department.
While issuing instructions to all civil surgeons, he said that if any such delegation has been made in the district, it should be canceled with immediate effect.
Deputation has taken place at many places in Dhanbad also.
In Dhanbad also, Block Program Managers have been represented at many places. Program managers of Balliapur and Govindpur blocks have been deputed to different places. Along with this, summer appointments have also been made at many other places.
