Samvad Sutra, Chhutmalpur (Saharanpur). The hearing of voters who could not be mapped under the special brief revision campaign continued on the third day. Nine mapping of more than 800 voters took place at nine booths. On the last day of the hearing, there was a large gathering of voters at the booths.
Hearing continued at four booths in Nagar Panchayat Chhutmalpur under the leadership of EO Kamalakant Rajvanshi and BEO Virendra Sharma. The hearing process in development block Muzaffarabad was conducted under the supervision of Additional Assistant Election Officer BDO Yogendra Chaudhary.
The team of five Assistant Electoral Registration Officer Ashwini Tyagi, Amit Singh Manure Safety Officer, Pramod Kumar ADO Panchayat, Omveer Singh ADO Cooperative, investigated various cases. Voters' forms were thoroughly scrutinized at the booths built in the development block and most of the cases were resolved on the spot on the basis of available documents.
Under the SIR campaign, voters who could not be mapped earlier were given the opportunity to establish their identity through their parents or grandparents.
Block Development Officer Yogendra Choudhary appealed to the voters to be present on time on the scheduled date and bring along all their necessary documents, so that the hearing process can be completed smoothly and the voter list can be made completely updated and error-free.
During this, Abhishek Doval, Suresh Kumar, Kamlesh Devi, Sandeep Kumar, Rajkumari, Maud Talib, Shubham Kumar, Aadesh Kumar, Poonam were present.
