Jagran correspondent, Prayagraj. Many changes have been made in the new circle rate implemented last week in the district. Most importantly, the circle rate has been increased from five to 40 percent. Besides, many inconsistencies have also been removed. The categories of national highways, state roads, district roads, link roads along with villages near the city, a little and far away have been separated.

Along with this, a special facility has also been provided, under which by scanning the QR code, you can understand the entire deed of sale process from the price of your property. Along with this, you will be able to get information about stamps, details of registration department, numbers of officers, stamps and acts. You will also be able to know how to get registered and what benefits you can get. The registration department will release both the QR codes this month.

Two QR codes created

Two QR codes have been created. Through one code, the general public will be able to get details of the Stamp and Registration Department, phone numbers of officers, information about stamps, acts and other information. Circle rates of properties on 68 important city routes, nine highways passing through the district, two state routes and 158 link roads in rural areas have been determined, which will provide information about the price of the property.

The circle rate of shop and flat will be known according to that route. Rates for agricultural land and orchards will also be available according to the road. From this QR you will also know how to get registered and what benefits can be availed. On scanning the second code, it shows the address and map of the office of DIG and AIG Stamp as well as the office of Sub Registrar. AIG Stamp Rakesh Chandra said that both the QRs have been prepared for the convenience of the general public, which will be released soon.

Like the roads, like the price

This time the Registration Department has also fixed the circle rate for the area around the roads. For example, properties on Mahatma Gandhi Marg and Sardar Patel Marg of the city are the most expensive. Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Nawab Yusuf Road, Clive Road, Calvin Road, Kamla Nehru Road, Panna Lal Road, Sarojini Naidu Marg, GT Road (Kothaparcha-Fort Road), GTRoad (Sulaki Square to Kothaparcha), GT Road (Chowk to Lukerganj), Lauder Road, Amarnath Jha Marg, Tashkent Marg, Thornhill Road, Circular Road, Hastings Road, Stanley Road, Drummond Road and Dayanand Marg have separate circle rates.
