GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority) is giving an opportunity to buy plots in the Indirapuram Expansion Scheme of Ghaziabad adjacent to Delhi, for this the plots will be auctioned at Hindi Bhavan on January 8. Interested buyers will be able to purchase the plot by placing bids.
During the auction, bids can be made for 73 plots under Indirapuram Expansion Scheme as well as 15 large plots for group housing in Madhuban-Bapudham Scheme. These plots will be available for auction.
Apart from this, residential and commercial plots as well as shops will also be auctioned. Apart from this, Ghaziabad Development Authority has also made preparations to give Lal Bahadur Shastri Hockey Stadium located in Shastri Nagar on lease for three years. Bidding will be done for this also, the one who bids the highest will be given the stadium on lease.
