Jagran correspondent, Greater Noida. The post mortem reports of both the bodies have come in the case of a husband killing his wife and committing suicide in Greater Noida on Sunday. According to the report, wife Anita died due to excessive bleeding and deep wound. These wounds were caused by a knife.
Police say that husband Anil stabbed his wife about seven times, due to which she died on the spot. During the wife's protest, husband Ajay was also stabbed three to four times. The husband has light wounds around his neck and face. However, the main cause of death of the husband was due to suffocation, which happened due to hanging.
Police have said that first the husband stabbed his wife with a knife and then hanged himself. The bodies of both were handed over to their relatives on Monday. His last rites were performed in Jalesar on Tuesday. The relative has not given any written complaint in the matter. Further action will be taken after giving complaint.
Have not had children since 13 years, this is the reason for the fight
According to neighbors, both of them had been married for 13 years, but they did not have children. The wife used to taunt her husband about this matter. When the husband returned from work on Monday evening, the wife again taunted him, which led to a fight between the two.
Came to live on rent a month ago
Just a month ago, Anil (33) and Anita (30) had come to live in Saraswati Kunj on rent. Both were originally residents of Etah. Anil used to work as a security guard in a private company. Anita used to work as a domestic help.
