Jagran correspondent, Kanpur. A young man from Kotwali area has accused his wife of extorting money from people by filing rape cases in Delhi. On protest, she is threatening to file a fake case against them also. The husband has filed a case against the wife and her partner in Sadar Kotwali for fraud, criminal conspiracy etc.
According to the youth living in Sadar Kotwali area, they got married in November 2007. In the year 2011, the wife gave birth to a son, but after some time she went to Delhi. It is alleged that she opened a fake company with a person and started cheating.
It has come to light that she gets close to people by pretending to be unmarried and later makes recovery by blackmailing by filing a case. According to the victim, he has a son whose future may be spoiled.
He filed a suit in the court to keep his son with him. On this, the wife forged documents and got the address of Lucknow written in the affidavit. He complained on the Chief Minister's public hearing portal.
Also appealed to the Police Commissioner. When no action was taken, they took recourse to court. Now a case was filed against the wife and her partner. Acting police station in-charge Sanjay Kumar said that action will be taken on the basis of statements and evidence from both the parties.
