Jagran correspondent, Ranchi. Assistant Public Prosecutor (Direct Recruitment) competitive examination under the service of Jharkhand Prosecution, conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Ranchi, will be conducted on 20th December in various 27 examination centers of Ranchi district.
To conduct the examination in a malpractice-free environment and maintain law and order, Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate, Ranchi and Additional District Magistrate, Law and Order, Ranchi have deputed the Magistrate along with the police force and police officers.
Section 163 of BNSS applied
In view of the fear that anti-social elements may try to disrupt law and order by crowding the examination centres, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sadar has issued a prohibitory order within a radius of 200 meters of the examination centers under Section 163 of BNSS.
This includes gathering of five or more people at one place (except officials and employees engaged in government work, government programs and funeral processions), using any kind of loudspeaker, carrying any kind of weapon, such as gun, rifle, revolver, bomb, gunpowder etc. (except officials and employees engaged in government work).
Apart from this, carrying any kind of weapon like stick, stick, arrow, bow, spear etc. (except officials and employees engaged in government work), organizing any kind of meeting or public meeting is included. This prohibitory order will be effective from 7 am to 7 pm on December 20.
