Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. The court of Additional Sessions Judge at Patiala House rejected the anticipatory bail plea of ​​Aditya Sharma, accused in the case related to cyber fraud syndicate.

Additional Sessions Judge Saurabh Singh Laler said there was no case for granting bail in view of the gravity of the crime, preliminary evidence of video and chat records, and the need for custodial interrogation for the recovery of digital devices. The court directed the investigating officer to complete the investigation quickly and legally.

In this FIR, a case of cyber fraud syndicate has been registered against the accused, the allegation against the accused is that they used to make illegal transactions by misusing bank accounts from Dwarka area.

Police had arrested four accused Sultan Salim Shaikh, Saeed Ahmed Chaudhary, Tushar Mallya and Satish Kumar, who told during investigation that they were working on the instructions of a person named Rocky. Investigation also revealed that fraudulent transactions worth more than Rs 5 crore were done through this gang.

Although Aditya Sharma was not named in the FIR, he was later considered a suspect on the basis of evidence. This includes a video clip dated November 24, 2025 in which he was seen with the arrested accused. Apart from this, in the mobile chat records of the accused, Aditya Sharma's name was found linked to a Mexican WhatsApp number, which was used for cyber fraud.

Aditya Sharma's advocate sought anticipatory bail on the basis of his client's educational background and his non-involvement in the crime.
