Resolution of teachers' doubts.
State Bureau, Patna. Bihar News: If the posts of head teachers in primary schools and head teachers in middle schools remain vacant in the state, the service rendered as Panchayat Shikshamitra by trained teachers from first to fifth class of the local body, special teachers and school teachers will not be counted in determining the tenure.
In this regard, the Education Department issued instructions to all the District Education Officers clarifying the situation. Education Department Secretary Dinesh Kumar has given this instruction to resolve mutual preferences and other doubts of teachers of all categories from primary schools to higher secondary schools.
In this, 26 doubts have been resolved in question-answer style. According to this, the mutual seniority of school teachers appointed on the recommendation of Bihar Public Service Commission will be according to the seniority number in the examination result published by the Commission.
It has been clarified in this that in case the post of headmaster or head teacher is declared in-charge in the schools when the post of headmaster or head teacher is vacant, no separate higher level salary etc. or allowance will be given.
In case of a duly appointed and posted head teacher in primary schools, upgraded higher secondary schools and newly established higher secondary schools, no other senior teacher can be made in-charge of the school.
In case the post of headmaster remains vacant in higher secondary schools, during the process of declaring the in-charge headmaster, the tenure of the school teacher, who was earlier a local body trained teacher of the same category, will be counted in the calculation of the tenure of the local body trained teacher. The same system will be applicable in the case of special teachers also.
Similarly, if the post of headmaster remains vacant in middle, secondary and higher secondary schools, only those teachers and school teachers will be considered for declaring the in-charge headmaster, for whose appointment they have completed B. Ed. Qualification was required.
The tenure of local body trained teacher will be added to the teaching experience of local body trained teachers of class 9th-10th who are selected and working as special teachers or school teachers.
