The accused father and son were arrested in this case. The victim girl has named some more accused in her statement given in the court.
After the statement of the victim, the police is searching for these accused. Police Station Head Anoop Singh said that the victim has taken the names of some more people in her statement. Teams have been formed to arrest him. Raids are being conducted and soon the accused will be arrested and sent to jail. After the incident, the entire family of the accused has gone underground by locking their houses.
Forest department took possession of the remaining wood
After seizing the sawmill of the accused, the forest department also seized the wood there. Some of the wood seized on Friday night was loaded into trucks by the henchmen of the accused and disappeared. After the news of this was published, the Forest Department team reached Pachkhura Khurd on the spot, measured the remaining wood present in the dump and took it into their possession. Forest Range Officer Ajay Kumar Verma said that a team has been sent to the spot and the wood is being seized and brought to the Forest Range Officer's office.

Illegally acquired properties of the accused have been taken under the ambit of action. On Sunday, on the instructions of SDM Sadar KD Sharma, the Nagar Panchayat team has pasted notices on two houses and houses of the accused, in which they have been asked to submit the ownership documents along with the map of all the properties within seven days. Failure to do so will result in demolition action.

On Monday, the EO of the Nagar Panchayat has pasted the notice on the Indian Lodge located at Ward No. 16 Bus Stand of the town, the house built near Ward No. 7 Badi Pulia and the house built near Kamlesh Tiraha in Ward 7 itself. In the notice posted, the Nagar Panchayat has given instructions to submit the original documents of ownership including the map of the house and the house within seven days. It was said that if the documents are not submitted on time, legal action will be taken against the properties. Demolition action will be taken only on the basis of the report. Regarding the demolition order of the High Court, he said that the order is being investigated. Only higher officials will take a decision on this. District Collector of Irrigation Department, Mahoba, Dinesh Tripathi said that in the records of the department, the area of Bandhi of Sumerpur Bus Stand is recorded to be about 30 to 40 feet wide, the map of which is also made. It will be decided on the spot on how many feet of land Laaj Bandhi has been built on.
Investigation is also going on regarding Maulana Khan's connection with an Islamic organization.

In Baswari village of Maudaha, it was revealed that Maulana Khan's brother had a verbal share in a saw machine. After this information, the administration sent a team of Forest Department and got the investigation done. Where illegal storage of wood was found, which has been seized.
On Sunday afternoon, the Forest Department team inspected a wooden stand located on the Maudaha-Baswari road. Where Regional Forest Officer Maudaha Suresh Kumar Tripathi, Deputy Regional Forest Officer Maudaha Rishabh Mishra, Forest Inspector Shobharam, Forest Guard Hemendra Rajput and others were present. At the time of inspection, illegal storage was found in the said wooden stand, due to which the Forest Department Maudaha team took action and registered it under the sections of forest crime. Deputy Regional Forest Officer Rishabh Mishra said that it was being operated by Parvez son Rahisuddin. In which Maulana Khan's younger brother Lala alias Fahimuddin also had a verbal partnership. This action has been taken after illegal storage was found.
