The other brother went away leaving him in the same condition. He remained lying in the street the whole night in the cold. In the morning his relatives took care of him. He was taken to the hospital, two days later he died in Sirsa General Hospital. The matter has come to light from village Chautala. Police have considered death under suspicious circumstances. The deceased youth has been identified as Kala Singh, resident of village Chautala. In the statement given to the police, the deceased's sister, Sarvjeet Kaur, resident of Chautala village, said that on January 14, there was an altercation between her brothers Maha Singh alias Bagga Singh and Kala Singh. Both of them had consumed alcohol.

Near Shani temple, elder brother Maha Singh alias Bagga slapped and punched him and Kala Singh fell there. During the winter season, the black lion remained lying in the street at night. When the villagers informed on January 15, she reached the spot. Black lion was unconscious. He got him admitted to the government hospital in Chautala. After first aid, the doctor admitted him to the sub-divisional civil hospital of Dabwali. Later he was referred to Sirsa. He died on 16 January. According to Sarvjeet Kaur, about a year ago her brother was having chest pain due to chest infection. His brother also underwent treatment.

Kala Singh died due to chest infection and cold or due to minor injury of his elder brother. At present the police has taken action under section 194 BNS. According to the police, in the report given by the doctor on January 15, there were six injury marks on Kala Singh's body. According to the police, the police will take further action only after the post-mortem report.
