Farmers Kameshwar Bhagat, Shashikant Upadhyay, Kamlesh Singh, Ravi Upadhyay, Munna Upadhyay, Mithilesh Sah, Rambachan Bhagat etc. told that the land is registered in the name of their father and grandfather. For this reason he could not get a farmer ID.
Due to not being able to make Ukisan card, farmers are afraid of closure of PM Kisan Nidhi. On Friday, hundreds of such cases were seen in the camp organized for farmer registration in Kachnar village of the block.
Let us tell you that there are about 39 thousand registered farmers in Siswan block, while 15443 farmers are getting the benefit of PM Kisan. The data of who gets PM Kisan has also not been completed in the farmer registration.
Circle Officer Pankaj Kumar said that the government has ordered that IDs will be made only for those farmers in whose name the Jamabandi is going on.
