Increase in wind speed is considered to be the main reason behind this. The weather of Delhi is expected to remain clear on Wednesday also.
According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light fog in many areas in the morning, while moderate fog may be seen at some places. The sky will be clear during the day and the sun will also be shining. The maximum temperature on Wednesday is expected to be 24 while the minimum temperature is expected to be 10 degrees Celsius.
Temperature was below normal
On Tuesday, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 8.3 degrees Celsius, which was 0.3 degrees Celsius below normal. While the maximum temperature was recorded at 24.9 and it was 1.9 degrees Celsius more than normal. The humidity level in the air remained 100 to 48 percent.
The visibility level at IGI Airport was recorded at 600 meters at 8 am on Tuesday, while it was 800 meters at Safdarjung. During the last 24 hours, there was light fog at IGI and Safdarjung airports. Shallow fog to moderate fog is likely to occur in the morning hours from Wednesday to December 22.
