In this head-on collision that took place near Pipra Konwai, two youths riding a bike lost their lives, while the Scorpio driver was seriously injured. After this incident, there is mourning in the village of the deceased, Nuru.
Accident happened while returning from market
The deceased have been identified as Bharat Sao (28 years) and Beas Yadav (26 years), residents of Nuru. According to the information, both the friends had gone to the market for some personal work.
When he was returning home on his bike late at night after completing the work, there was a head-on collision between his bike and a speeding Scorpio coming from the front near Pipra Konwai.
The collision was so severe that the bike was blown apart and both the youths fell on the road bleeding.
Stopped breathing before reaching the hospital
After the accident, an ambulance was called with the help of local people and the injured were immediately taken to Medinirai Medical College Hospital (MMCH). The doctors present there declared Bharat and Beas dead after preliminary examination.
The Scorpio driver has also suffered serious injuries, whose treatment is ongoing in the hospital. As soon as the news of the death reached the village of the deceased, there was chaos among the family members. The atmosphere in the hospital premises became sad due to the screams of the relatives.
Police action and investigation
Panki police station in-charge Rakesh Ranjan said that the police reached the spot and seized both the damaged vehicles.
The reasons for the accident are being investigated to find out how this mistake occurred in the darkness of the night. The bodies will be handed over to their families after post-mortem on Monday.
