Jagran correspondent, Kanpur. In Kidwai Nagar late Thursday night, a speeding bike went out of control due to the arrival of bricks and the young man driving the bike collided with the tank of a public submersible pump, due to which he died on the spot.
19 year old Sahil alias Gore, resident of Govardhanpurwa of Kidwai Nagar, has a Maggi shop before Naubasta intersection. Elder brother Ankit told that on Thursday night Sahil had gone to the parade on bike with his uncle Sikandar Lala, a resident of Dharipurwa, from where both of them were returning home late at night. Sahil was driving the bike.
At around 12:30 in the night, he had reached near the old Phoolmandi, a little ahead of the Gaushala intersection. Just then a brick came on the road.
Due to high speed, the bike went out of control and Sahil jumped and collided with the tank of the submersible pump, due to which he died. Police station in-charge Dharmendra Kumar said that the accident happened due to the speed of the vehicle.
