Big success of security forces in Rajouri (file photo)
Jagran correspondent, Rajouri. Security forces have achieved great success in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir. During a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Kakora village of Manjakot police station here, SOG Rajouri found a hidden bag.
This bag contained an IED weighing approximately 3.50 kg. However, the bomb disposal squad successfully defused it. There was no loss of any kind to life or property in this incident. A major danger was averted due to the alertness of the security forces.
Let us tell you, the security forces had also busted a terrorist hideout in Rajouri last month (19 December 2025). During this, the security forces had recovered and destroyed four hand grenades.
After receiving information about a suspected terrorist hideout, security forces had also launched a search operation in Gambhir Mughalan area.
