Jagran correspondent, Dharamshala. The curtain will soon be raised on the death case of a student of Dharamshala College, Himachal Pradesh. The most important report of the medical board in the investigation has reached the office of Superintendent of Police Kangra. Police officers have started analyzing it and it will be presented in the court as evidence.

Treatment was done in 7 hospitals

The deceased student was treated in seven hospitals in Kangra district and other states. The police had taken the records of treatment from these hospitals and had requested Dr. Rajendra Prasad Medical College and Hospital, Tanda to constitute a medical board for investigation.

Two psychiatrists also checked the documents

In the medical board, there were four doctors from Tanda Medical College and Hospital and one from AIIMS Bilaspur and it was they who had prepared the report. Two psychiatrists, one medicine and two doctors from other departments have examined the documents related to the treatment. The medical board was formed on January 8. DIG Soumya Sambasivan had also met the managers of Tanda Medical College and Hospital and requested them to prepare the report soon.

Documents of treatment given in different hospitals were obtained and these have been examined by five doctors of the Medical Board. The report has been sent to the police in a sealed envelope. The report has been kept confidential. Student's father raised questions

The father of the deceased student says that everything is being mixed up. Injustice has been done to my daughter. Ragging has taken place in the college. A student has also said this in a video circulated on the internet media. Now everything is being suppressed. According to the report of the team of Directorate of Higher Education, efforts are being made to save the accused assistant professor. I just say that wrong has been done to the daughter and justice should be given.
