Mangilal, a beggar who had been begging for years in the bullion area, actually turned out to be the owner of property worth crores.
Mangilal used to give money to businessmen on interest.
Mangilal, who was begging for alms by wandering around the streets of the bullion market with a wooden sliding cart, a bag on his back and shoes in his hand, was earning hundreds of rupees daily by taking advantage of the sympathy of the people.
According to Mangilal, he used to get five hundred to one thousand rupees from people every day, but his daily earning is estimated to be many times more than this. He also gave the money received from alms on interest to some traders in the bullion area itself.

In fact, a continuous campaign is being run by the district administration to make Indore beggar free. Rescue teams have been formed for this. On Saturday, these teams rescued Mangilal, who was begging in the bullion area.
