Jagran correspondent, Pratapgarh. Dilippur Police on Sunday registered a case against three named and 40 to 50 unidentified youths who circulated the video on Instagram account with the intention of spreading terror.
According to Anupam Patel, Belkharnath Dham outpost incharge of the police station, accounts were created in the name of Dev Sarkar PBH 72, Lavkush Ojha 307 and Vineet Mafia PBH 72 and videos spreading fear and panic were being circulated on the internet media.
Meanwhile, during a birthday party celebration, a cake was being cut with a knife by placing it on a four-wheeler from an Instagram account, in which videos spreading fear and panic were being circulated on the internet media. There was a possibility of disturbance of peace due to this.
SO Dilippur Balram Singh said that a case is being registered against Lavkush Ojha resident of Sripur, Ravi Dubey alias Dev Durbe resident of Puri Lokmani and Vineet and 40 to 50 unknown people, who are spreading terror and fear through their Instagram account.
