TOB: Teachers' organization that imbibes the feeling of 'we' and not 'I'.

Teachers of Bihar Founder Shiv Kumar sent a message on this occasion. In which he said that while writing to all of you today on the foundation day of Teachers of Bihar, my heart is very heavy… and equally full of pride. It's not just a date, it's a testament to countless nights out, broken spirits, and unyielding resolve. When this journey started, we neither had resources, nor recognition, nor platform… there was only one thing – the self-respect of being a teacher and the belief that if teachers unite, the system can also change.

Shiv Kumar further said – Friends, many of you sacrificed your time, your energy, and even your personal happiness without name, without position, without any benefit for the children, for the school, and for the dignity of education. Many times your pain remained unheard, many times your efforts were ridiculed, many times you felt tired…but still you did not give up.

If Teachers of Bihar is an identity today, it is not because of any one person – it is because of your quiet hard work, your honesty and your sacrifice. Here, imbibing the feeling of not 'I' but 'we', we found companions who walked together.

I am proud to be a part of such colleagues, who work more on the ground than on the stage, who see dreams in the eyes of children more than posts, and who believe in change more than applause. Today, on this Foundation Day, I am not making any promise to you…I am just saying one thing – “As long as teachers like you are with us, the education of Bihar can never lose.”

If you ever feel discouraged, remember - somewhere some child, some teacher is learning to trust himself because of you. All of you are not just members for me, but companions of my struggle, witnesses of my dreams, and the real strength of Bihar's education. Seven years have been completed…the destination is still there. Salute to all of you. Proud of you all. Walking with you all is the greatest honor of my life.

Chyawanprash is a part of every Indian's life, it reduces diseases and increases energy.
