Quarterly results today - Tata Consultancy Services, HCL Technologies, Anand Rathi Wealth, GTPL Hathway, Gujarat Hotels, Lotus Chocolate Company, Maharashtra Scooters, OK Play India and Tierra Agrotech will release their quarterly results today.
Phoenix Mills - Retail portfolio consumption increased by 20% to Rs 4,787 crore in October-December. Q3 saw strong operational performance and double-digit growth in retail consumption during the festive season.
Ashiana Housing - Booked area fell by 17.9% to 5.56 crore lakh sq ft, compared to 6.77 lakh sq ft earlier. The value of area sold fell 11.7% to Rs 401.07 crore, compared to Rs 454.16 crore earlier.
Embassy Development - Pre-sales increased to Rs 1,392 crore from Rs 409 crore and collections increased by 15.6% to Rs 415 crore from Rs 359 crore.
Avenue Supermarts - Q3 profit rose 18.3% to Rs 855.9 crore from Rs 723.7 crore. Revenue increased by 13.3% to Rs 18,100.88 crore, compared to Rs 15,972.6 crore.
IREDA - Profit increased by 37.6% to Rs 585.2 crore as against Rs 425.4 crore earlier. Net interest income increased by 34.7% to Rs 897.2 crore, compared to Rs 666.3 crore earlier.
Mahindra and Mahindra - December sales fell 27.1% to 85,501 units as against 67,252 units. Exports fell 9.3% to 2,849 units, compared to 3,142 units earlier.
Lemon Tree Hotels - Coastal Cedar Investments BV, a subsidiary of Warburg Pincus, will acquire the entire 41.09 percent equity stake of APG Strategic Real Estate Pool NV in Fleur Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lloyds Engineering Works – The company has entered into a purchase agreement with The Materials Works, USA. Under this agreement, the company will be entitled to manufacture and sell unlimited EPS Gen 4 cells using the patented technology, by paying a fixed earnout to TMW for a fixed period of time.
NTPC - NTPC has signed a shareholder agreement with Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) for the acquisition of Sinnar Thermal Power Limited (STPL).
Shriram Finance - Moody's Ratings has maintained the company's Ba1 Long-Term Corporate Family Rating (CFR). The outlook has been changed from stable to positive.
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company - A certain individual of ICICI Lombard mistakenly uploaded on his personal WhatsApp status on January 9, some information related to the company's unaudited draft financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 2025. The person deleted the status within an hour of discovering the incident.
Vedanta - National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Vedanta, Vedanta Aluminium, Talwandi Sabo Power, Malco Energy and Vedanta Iron and Steel.
