Traffic Advisory: Traffic Will Be Disrupted On January 23 Due To Full Dress Rehearsal, Delhi Police Issued Advisory

A full dress rehearsal will be held on Friday, January 23.

Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. Before the Republic Day celebrations in the capital, a full dress rehearsal will be organized on Friday, January 23. The traffic police has issued an advisory regarding this. The parade rehearsal will start at 10:30 am from Vijay Chowk and end at the Red Fort. According to the traffic police, traffic will be restricted on some routes for the smooth conduct of the parade. Apart from this, the police has also made arrangements for alternative routes.

Giving information, the traffic police said that the parade rehearsal will start from Vijay Chowk and will go to the Red Fort via Dutvapath, C-Hexagon, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Statue, Tilak Marg, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg and Netaji Subhash Marg. In such a situation, traffic will be disrupted. Therefore, those going to office or for important work should avoid taking this route or take time out from home.

Use these routes to avoid traffic jams

-Ring Road, Ashram Chowk, Sarai Kale Khan, IP Flyover, Rajghat, Ring Road-Lodhi Road T Point, Aurobindo Marg, AIIMS Chowk, Ring Road, Dhaula Kuan, Vande Mataram Marg, Shankar Road, Park Street or Mandir Marg.

Ring Road, Bhairon Road, Mathura Road, Lodhi Road, Aurobindo Marg, AIIMS Chowk, Ring Road, Dhaula Kuan, Vande Mataram Marg, Shankar Road, Park Street or Mandir Marg

Dhaula Kuan, Vande Mataram Marg, Panchkuian Road, Outer Circle Connaught Place, Chelmsford Road towards Paharganj or Minto Road, Bhavabhuti Marg towards Ajmeri Gate.

Reached New Delhi Railway Station via ISBT Bridge, Boulevard Road, Rani Jhansi Flyover, Jhandewalan, DB Gupta Road, Sheela Cinema Road, Pahargand Bridge.
