Jagran correspondent, Patna. Due to the 359th Prakashotsav of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj, the traffic system will remain changed in Ashok Rajpath and Patna City area till 28th December. Commercial vehicles will not be allowed to enter Patna City till Monday.
No truck or tractor will enter Ashok Rajpath towards west from Didarganj. All these vehicles will operate through the new bypass. During the said period, vehicles coming to the market committee carrying essential materials will get exemption from 2 in the night to 4 in the morning. Along with this, there will be partial and complete ban on diversion and movement of vehicles on many other routes.
Autos will not run from Ashok Rajpath to Purba Darwaza
There will be no operation of autos or small commercial vehicles on the route from Gaighat to Purba Darwaza in Ashok Rajpath till 6 am on 27th December. During this time, these vehicles will go from Gaighat to Danka Imli via Nawab Bahadur Road via Sudarshan Path to Tulsi Mandi via Agamkuan ROB to Patna Sahib and will return via the same route.
There will be a ban on movement of all types of vehicles on the route from West Darwaza to Purba Darwaza till 6 am on December 28. Trains coming from the east will be diverted from Morcha Road near Purba Darwaza. Vehicles will ply between Gaighat and West Darwaza.
On Nagar Keeturn, all types of vehicles will be closed from Gaighat to Didarganj in Ashok Rajpath from 4 am to midnight on 26th December. During the said period, all types of vehicles going from Gaighat to Patna City will go from Nawab Bahadur Road via Sudarshan Path via Chowk Shikarpur ROB towards Patna Sahib Station.
