The team registered an important win by defeating UP Warriors by 45 runs. This was Gujarat Giants' third win in six matches, while UP Warriors suffered their fourth defeat this season.

In this match played in Vadodara, UP Warriors won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Gujarat Giants scored 153 runs losing eight wickets in 20 overs and set a target of 154 runs for UP Warriors. In Gujarat's innings, Sophie Devine showed great composure and played an unbeaten half-century.

He scored unbeaten 50 runs in 42 balls with the help of two fours and three sixes. Apart from her, Beth Mooney also made a useful contribution and played an inning of 38 runs in 34 balls. The start of UP Warriors chasing the target was very disappointing. The team was reduced to just 108 runs in 17.3 overs.

Unable to recover from the initial shock, four of its batsmen returned to the pavilion within 60 runs. Only two batsmen from UP could cross the 30-run mark. Phoebe Lichfield scored 32 runs, while Chloe Tryon remained unbeaten on 30.
