Jagran Team, Lucknow. UP Weather Today: The weather in UP has started feeling hot. With strong sunlight coming out in the morning, the heat of the sun is increasing in the afternoon, due to which intense heat is being felt. On Friday, the day temperature in some cities was 3.6 degrees Celsius above normal.
Day temperature will increase in Lucknow
The Meteorological Department has predicted that the afternoon temperature will continuously increase for three days. At the same time, due to activation of Western Disturbance, there may be rain on 17th and 18th February, strong winds may blow at the speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.
How will the weather be in these cities today?
Talking about today's weather, on February 14, the weather will be clear in the morning in many districts including Agra, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Saharanpur, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Rampur, Amroha, Mathura. There is a forecast of strong sunshine during the day. Currently, it is predicted that the temperature will increase for three days in these districts.
Temperature increased due to morning sun
In Agra, the sun started getting stronger since 8 am yesterday i.e. Friday. Due to this the minimum temperature was recorded at 11.7 degrees Celsius. After 10 o'clock in the morning the sun started getting stronger, after 1 o'clock in the afternoon it became difficult to stand in the sun. After standing in the sun for a long time, I started sweating; by 3 o'clock in the afternoon the sun was shining brightly. Due to this, the maximum temperature was recorded at 27.6 degrees Celsius, 3.6 degrees Celsius more than normal. Strong wind started blowing in the evening.
Chances of rain due to western disturbance on 17th and 18th February
The Meteorological Department has predicted that by February 16, the day temperature will increase by three to four degrees Celsius. But, the night temperature will still remain low.
