Demonstration of students after BHU firing, traffic jam near Birla hostel.

Students protested near Birla hostel by blocking the road on Sunday. This demonstration of students was regarding various demands, which include demand for better facilities and security.
The students said that if their problems are not resolved, they will continue the agitation further. During the protest, students raised slogans and appealed to the administration to take immediate action. This incident has increased tension in the university campus. Students say that their voice should be heard and appropriate steps should be taken. The movement of people on the road remained closed during the protest and since it was Sunday, even the administrative officials were not present in the premises.
Following the firing and subsequent uproar in the BHU campus on Saturday, the police on Sunday registered a case against four people. This action was taken on the complaint of BA third year student Roshan Mishra. Among the named accused, a case has been registered against Piyush Kumar Tiwari, resident of Sasaram (Bihar), Rishabh (address unknown) and Tapas (address unknown) under sections of murderous assault by firing. At the same time, expelled students Kshitij Upadhyay and Abhishek Upadhyay are accused of conspiring to murder. Its address is currently said to be unknown. Lanka Police says that raids are being conducted to arrest all the accused.
According to the police, bike-riding attackers opened fire on Roshan Mishra and his partner Vishal Kumar at the main gate of Birla 'A' hostel on Saturday night. The attackers fired four bullets.
