46 Lakh Applications For Admission And Rejection Are Pending In Bihar, Will Be Settled By Running A Campaign From January 26

Prem Shankar Mishra, Muzaffarpur. Land related filing, rejection and modification cases will be executed on war footing. For this, a campaign will be run from 26 January to 31 March. In this regard, Principal Secretary of Revenue and Land Reforms Department, CK Anil has sent a letter to all the zonal officers including Divisional Commissioner, Collector.

In this he has written that as part of the revenue campaign in the state, 46 lakh Parimarjan Plus/filing rejection applications were collected. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has directed to execute the above applications on a war footing during the Samriddhi Yatra. In view of this, action should be taken to execute these pending applications from January 26.

He said this campaign will run till 31st March. It is said that all the applications will be executed during this period. This will provide relief to a large number of applicants for rejections and corrections filed in the state. Out of 46 lakh applications received in the state, only 40 lakh are for rectification.

Applications will be divided into two categories

The Principal Secretary has asked to divide the applications into two categories. One is disputed and the other is undisputed. In these, undisputed applications will be executed at the district headquarters level. Disputed cases will be settled by setting up camps. Revenue service camps will be organized in Panchayat buildings in front of the zonal officer and concerned local employees.

There will be arrangements for hearing, record verification and passing orders on the spot in the camps. In such a situation, use of government laptops etc. will be mandatory. Cases related to the same family or account holder will be processed consolidated. In this, it has been said that the principle of equal order under similar circumstances should be maintained.

Senior officers will monitor

The responsibility of supervising the execution of applications in the camp has been given to DCLR and Additional Collector. The Halkawar Micro Plan will be completed under the leadership of the Collector. The Divisional Commissioner has been given the responsibility of complete monitoring.
