Arbitrary Disposal Of Complaints Received On IGRS, Notice Given To 15 Officers For Negligence

Jagran correspondent, Mathura. DM CP Singh showed a strong attitude in the review meeting of Revenue and CM Dashboard on Tuesday. The DM has issued show cause notices to 15 officers of the district and sought their answers for negligence in disposal of complaints received on the IGRS portal.

DM gave notices to LDM, CMO, BSA, DIOS, District Youth Welfare Officer, Finance and Accounts Officer (Basic Education Department), AMA District Panchayat, District Minority Welfare Officer, District Agriculture Officer, Chief Veterinary Officer.

Apart from these, show cause notices have also been given to ADO Panchayat Raya, Executive Engineer Irrigation Mont Branch and executive officers of Farah, Radhakund and Nandgaon.

Besides, they have been given strict instructions for timely and quality disposal of complaints on the portal. The DM gave strict instructions to all the officers to be present in their office every day from 10 am to 12 noon and listen to the problems of the public.

He warned that satisfaction of the complainants is the priority and negligence will no longer be tolerated. Instructions have also been given to take action against the officers who were absent in the meeting.

While reviewing the revenue works, the DM asked all the SDMs to speed up the work of Farmers Registry, timely disposal of revenue promises and to end the cases pending for more than five years by running a campaign.

He ordered the Stamp, Electricity, Transport, Mining and Excise departments to achieve 100 per cent target of revenue collection. ADM Finance Dr. Pankaj Kumar Verma, ADM Administration Amresh Kumar, Joint Magistrate Abhinav J Jain and all SDMs and Tehsildars were present in the meeting.
