Land Measurement In Buxar Will Be Easy And Fast; Special Campaign Starting From 26th January

Bihar government has made important changes to simplify the land measurement process. Now applicants will be able to apply online, in which the land will have to be selected as undisputed or disputed. 'Maapi Maha Abhiyan' will run in Buxar district from January 26 to March 31, with the aim of reducing all pending applications to zero by December 31, 2025. This initiative will bring transparency and timeliness under 'Ease of Living'.

Airport Look, But Toilet Mess! DRM Angry During Inspection, Reprimanded Officials

DRM Jyoti Prakash Mishra of Samastipur division conducted a surprise inspection of Bettiah railway station. He expressed strong displeasure over the irregularities and filth in the construction of public toilets, reprimanded the officials and directed for immediate improvement. Tragic Accident In Kaushambi On Delhi-Kolkata Railway Line, Mother And Her Innocent Daughter Died After Being Hit By The Train.

A tragic incident took place near Sirathu railway station on Delhi-Kolkata railway line in Kaushambi. A mother and daughter died on the spot after being hit by a speeding train while crossing the railway track. Banu of Gauspur Nawan had reached the station with her five-year-old daughter Hamira to go to Kanpur. The police have taken the bodies into custody and sent them for post-mortem.

Jammu-Srinagar Highway Blocked For Second Day, More Than 3000 Vehicles Stranded; Snow Removal Work Continues

Despite the rain and snowfall stopping in Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway remained closed for the second day, leaving thousands of vehicles stranded. More than 3,400 vehicles are stranded in Ramban and Udhampur districts. Army, police and administration are providing food and shelter to the stranded passengers by taking them to safe places. Mughal Road is also closed, while rail and air services are functioning smoothly. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall again from Monday evening.

Bhagalpur: Notice Will Reach The Homes Of 37 Thousand Holding Tax Defaulters, Deposit It Soon, Otherwise Strict Action Will Be Taken.

Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation is taking strict action against more than 37 thousand holding tax defaulters. On the instructions of the Divisional Commissioner, the Municipal Commissioner has ordered to send the notice. So far Rs 20 crore has been recovered, while the target is Rs 50 crore. Survey of those houses whose holding is not registered has also started. The property may be confiscated after the final notice.

14 Feet Deep Open Drain On Palam-Dabri Road Becomes Well Of Death, Fear Of Noida Like Incident

A 14 feet deep open drain on Palam-Dabri road in West Delhi can cause a Noida-like accident. Due to lack of safety barricades there is a serious risk of vehicle falls, especially at night.
