Order To Send To Myanmar After Conviction As Per Rules, Not An Instruction For Deportation: High Court

The Allahabad High Court has clarified that the sessions court's suggestion to deport Myanmar national Rashida Begum to the country 'as per rules' after completion of her sentence is not a direct order for deportation. The court said that the decision of deportation rests with the concerned authorities, in which due process and hearing is necessary. The High Court rejected the revision petition challenging the order of the Additional Sessions Judge, Maharajganj.

In Ghaziabad, A Pet Cat Injured A Girl While She Was Sleeping, She Reached The District MMG Hospital.

In Ghaziabad, a pet cat injured a three-year-old girl while she was sleeping, after which she was given anti-rabies vaccine. On Thursday, a total of 234 people in the district got anti-rabies vaccine after being bitten by a dog, cat or monkey, of which 102 people were given the first dose. This vaccine is available free of cost in government hospitals.

Amritpal Singh Mehron, the main accused in the social media influencer Kanchan Kumari alias Kamal Kaur Bhabhi murder case, has been arrested in Dubai.
