Heavy Vehicles Going To Delhi Will Be Banned From Today, 3000 Policemen Deployed; Blocks Will Be Installed At 25 Places In Gurugram

Republic Day preparations are in full swing in Gurugram, in which more than 3000 policemen will handle security. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will be the chief guest at Tau Devi Lal Stadium. Due to full dress rehearsal in Delhi, entry of heavy vehicles will be restricted from Thursday evening to Friday afternoon. More than 25 checkpoints will be set up in the district and there will be three-tier security at the stadium. Essential vehicles will get exemption.

Muzaffarpur Lift Accident: Old Woman Dies After Falling From 5th Floor, Police Admits Maintenance Was Not Proper

A 60-year-old woman died after falling from the fifth floor while entering the lift at Vijay Inclave Apartment in Muzaffarpur. Police registered a case and started investigation, which revealed technical fault and poor maintenance in the lift. CCTV footage showed that the door was open but there was no lift cabin, due to which the woman fell straight down. The police have also held the society committee responsible.
