Belodrome Cycle Competition Begins In Uttarakhand, Start Delayed Due To Fog

National Track Cycle Championship started at Manosarkar Stadium located in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. The competition started late by two and a half hours due to low visibility due to fog. President of Uttarakhand Cycle Association, Vimal Chaudhary said that the qualifying competitions of sub-junior are going on. About 685 players from 25 states are participating in the competition, in which players from Punjab, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Odisha participated on the first day.

Terror Of Wild Boar, Nilgai And Monkeys In Saran, Crisis On Wheat, Potato And Pulses Crops; Farmers Demanded Compensation

The terror of wild animals has increased in Gadkha block of Saran. Wild pigs, gophers and monkeys are entering the fields and damaging the crops of wheat, potatoes, pulses and oilseeds, due to which the farmers are in trouble. Farmers are forced to guard their fields all night long. Farmers have demanded from the administration and government to control wild animals and demand compensation so that their livelihood is protected.

Bharat Gaurav Teerth Yatra Special Train Returns To Saharsa, Passengers Praise Railways Wholeheartedly

Bharat Gaurav Special pilgrimage train run by Railways returned to Saharsa on 18 December. There were about 700 pilgrims on board this train, who visited many religious places. In this journey which started from Saharsa on 5th December, the passengers were taken to many pilgrimage sites including Trivandrum in South India. The passengers appreciated the arrangements made by the railway administration and called it a boon.

Bhopal Metro Inaugurated On 20th December, Common People Will Be Able To Travel From 21st, Know The Fare Rates

Bhopal Metro will be inaugurated on December 20, which will be inaugurated by the Union Minister and the Chief Minister. Common citizens will be able to travel in the metro from December 21. The metro will run on the priority corridor from 9 am to 7 pm. Metro fare will range from Rs 20 to Rs 40. Free travel will not be available for the first week. Upon completion of the Orange Line, the maximum fare will be Rs 70.

Kapurthala: Father Dies, Son Injured In Car-scooty Collision

Father died and son got injured in a collision between a car and a scooter near Nawan Pind Getwala in Kapurthala. Passersby took both of them to the hospital, where father Kulwant Singh died. Son Nishan Singh was discharged after treatment. Police have registered the case and started investigation and the search for the absconding car driver is ongoing.

There Will Be Traffic Diversion From Today Due To The Winter Session Of The Assembly, Avoid Coming Near Hazratganj.
