At the Kahalgaon subdivision office of Bhagalpur, District Magistrate Dr. Naval Kishore Chaudhary held a meeting with officers and engineers and gave several instructions to complete the ten big projects being built in the subdivision area on time. After the meeting, the District Magistrate inspected the land of Madhorampur Mauza police station number 60 located near Nawada to be taken in Vikramshila Kataria rail line and took information about the condition of the land.
The District Magistrate directed that the land to be taken should be measured by giving prior information to the ryots. Listen to the problems of farmers also. If the distribution of ancestral land is universally accepted then it will be valid. The genealogy of the Sarpanch is also valid. The sister will also have a share. While returning after land inspection, he stopped the farmer advisor who was doing e-KYC on the way and took information about the situation and instructed the Circle Officer to speed up this work. Regarding the proposed Central University in Vikramshila, the District Magistrate said that the process of land acquisition is going on. Farmers will be paid soon. Construction work will start after land is acquired.
Sub-divisional officer inspected the sub-divisional hospital
Kahalgaon sub-divisional officer Krishna Chandra Gupta, while conducting a surprise and thorough inspection of the sub-divisional hospital, has given several instructions to hospital in-charge Deputy Superintendent Dr. Pawan Kumar Gupta and health manager Gobind Upadhyay to improve the system. While inspecting the toilet, drinking water point, emergency room, ward etc., the sub-divisional officer expressed his displeasure over the cleanliness system and asked who was responsible for the cleaning work, then it was told that Jeevika didi does the cleaning. For this, 16 Jeevika didis work in three shifts. The sub-divisional officer gave instructions to make the cleanliness system as per the standards. Said that cleaning should be done every two hours.
Asked the health manager after not seeing the door in the toilet or urinal. The health manager told that the door has arrived. Installation work is going on. The sub-divisional officer also checked the medicines, emergency register of patients and referral register. Seeing the flaws in the register, he gave instructions for improvement. Went to the delivery ward and checked the register. The ANM on duty could not answer many questions. The sub-divisional officer said that if an underweight pregnant woman comes, she should ask the Asha worker.
On receiving a complaint of extorting money from a pregnant woman and a woman in the delivery ward, he interrogated three Mamta workers on duty and reprimanded them. Asked the Mamta workers to give information about the method of feeding milk to innocent children. Seeing the surprise hospital inspection by the sub-divisional officer, there was a stir among the hospital staff. Instructions were given to the Deputy Superintendent in charge and the Health Manager to improve the system.
